I am looking for other organizations that use Epic as their electronic health record. Specifically, I am hoping to find out some information about order sets: does Epic allow organizations to create their own order sets? Does Epic have ‘built-in’ order sets that we can use that are already evidence-based? What do you do in the event of a downtime? Do you have to create a downtime form yourself for order sets? Do you manage those paper forms in PolicyStat or other system? Any information you can share would be greatly appreciated!
